Job Description:
The Director, Nursing is responsible to the Vice President
for facilitating, coordinating and delegating the delivery of patient care to a
defined group of patients during their entire hospitalization period. The
Director, Nursing provides leadership and overall responsibility for the
functioning of assigned clinical patient care/procedural unit(s). She/he
is responsible 24 hours a day, with full accountability, for the staffing and
management of patient care in each of his/her units, for promoting the practice

Clinical Services – Cardiovascular ICU, the Interim Nursing Manager
Cardiac Cath Lab will be responsible for providing leadership for
the coordination of clinical and administrative functions for
patients and Associates in the Cath Lab. Must be able to set goals, analyze data and
judge results. Develop a network with other pediatric cath lab
managers. Advance patient care through evidence-based practice and
the use of technology. Leadership and teambuilding with a diverse
team of professionals. Familiarity with CA regulatory requirements.
Good understanding of family-centered care concepts. Minimum five to seven years nursing experience

as well as new and current PAH drug treatments. The majority of your work
