When the Marriott Heart Foundation formed the "House of Cardiology--HOC", they merged with the ACCN for cardiovascular nursing support. 

We also host memberships for all other cardiovascular professionals including physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, ECG and Monitor techs, and first responders.  A team approach to cardiac care is essential, therefore we open our membership to all of the varying team members seen below. There is an application form that can be downloaded and mailed in with your membership.
